Charles F. Caufield, CPA, JD, MBA, Partner         A founding partner with the firm. Charlie has over forty-five years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. Charlie has a MBA from Northwestern University and a JD from Loyola University Chicago. He taught accounting at the Loyola University Business School for thirty-seven years. Charlie is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of CPA's.   Michael J. Flood, CPA, MST, Partner   Michael Flood is a partner at the accounting, tax and consulting firm Caufield & Flood. Michael provides counsel to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses, focusing on issues relating to C corporations, S corporations and partnerships. He regularly advises on the structuring of acquisition and disposition of closely held businesses. He also provides comprehensive planning in all areas of tax including individual, flow-through and wealth transfer matters. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society. Michael is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, earning a BS in Public Accounting and holds a MS in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he received an award for academic excellence in 2010.   Michael also serves on the board of Options and Advocacy for McHenry County, a not for profit organization enhancing and protecting the lives of children and adults with disabilities and the finance council for Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Crystal Lake.            Eve McKee, CPA Eve joined the firm in August, 2006.  She has a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Accounting, from Columbia College in Crystal Lake. She also has an Associate Degree in Science from McHenry County College. Eve successfully completed the CPA exam in May, 2006.        Michelle DellaMaria, CPA, CVA Michelle is a resident of Crystal Lake who received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Her prior professional experience includes auditing, accounting & finance positions with Coopers & Lybrand (Chicago), Kraft General Foods (Glenview) and Motivation Excellence Inc. (Inverness).  Michelle is certified to perform business valuations.        Judy Lynn, CPA   Judy earned her accounting degree from IllinoisStateUniversity. Her professional experience includes auditing experience with a national accounting firm and general accounting. She currently works on quarterly and annual financial reporting for all types of business clients. She also works on business taxes and individual taxes. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Taxation from Northern Illinois University.       Brian Lucca, CPA Brian is pursuing a new career in teaching and works with the firm part time on special projects and during tax season.
