Charles F. Caufield, CPA, JD, MBA, Partner         A founding partner with the firm. Charlie has over forty-five years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. Charlie has a MBA from Northwestern University and a JD from Loyola University Chicago. He taught accounting at the Loyola University Business School for thirty-seven years. Charlie is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of CPA's. Michael J. Flood, CPA, MST, Partner Michael Flood is a partner at the accounting, tax and consulting firm Caufield & Flood. Michael provides counsel to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses, focusing on issues relating to C corporations, S corporations and partnerships. He regularly advises on the structuring of acquisition and disposition of closely held businesses. He also provides comprehensive planning in all areas of tax including individual, flow-through and wealth transfer matters. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society. Michael is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, earning a BS in Public Accounting and holds a MS in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he received an award for academic excellence in 2010.   Michael also serves on the board of Options and Advocacy for McHenry County, a not for profit organization enhancing and protecting the lives of children and adults with disabilities and the finance council for Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Crystal Lake. Roberta A. Wajrowski, CPA         Roberta joined the firm in January, 1999. She graduated from DePaul University with a BS in Accountancy. She previously worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago, Kraft Foods in Glenview & MorganProducts in Lincolnshire   Bruce Anderson, CPA Bruce joined the firm in October, 1999. He has an MBA from Northwestern University.  He worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. as an auditor.  He has worked in industry as a controller and the CFO of several large privately held businesses.        Eve McKee, CPA Eve joined the firm in August, 2006.  She has a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Accounting, from Columbia College in Crystal Lake. She also has an Associate Degree in Science from McHenry County College. Eve successfully completed the CPA exam in May, 2006.      Michelle DellaMaria, CPA, CVA Michelle is a resident of Crystal Lake who received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Her prior professional experience includes auditing, accounting & finance positions with Coopers & Lybrand (Chicago), Kraft General Foods (Glenview) and Motivation Excellence Inc. (Inverness).  Michelle is certified to perform business valuations.      Judy Lynn, CPA   Judy earned her accounting degree from IllinoisStateUniversity. Her professional experience includes auditing experience with a national accounting firm and general accounting. She currently works on quarterly and annual financial reporting for all types of business clients. She also works on business taxes and individual taxes. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Taxation from Northern Illinois University.        Ryan VanderKoy, CPA Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from DeVry University. In addition to accounting and income tax services for business, Ryan performs payroll and sales tax compliance services.  Ryan represents the firm in the Huntley Services Network.         Maureen Arigi, Office Manager Maureen joined Caufield & Flood in August 2007.  Maureen maintains and oversees the day to day functions of the office and works closely with the staff.   She has more than 15 years administrative experience.  Prior to joining Caufield & Flood Maureen worked as a Business Administrator for a Real Estate firm in Arizona.  Maureen currently resides in Lakewood with her husband and children.       Ginny Ring Ginny joined Caufield & Flood in January of 2009. She received Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accounting from St. Scholastica's College in the Philippines, and was a CPA in the Philippines. Currently she is a candidate for Master of Science in Taxation at Northern Illinois University and will be taking the Illinois CPA exam in January 2010. Professional experience includes accounting, auditing, project management, system implementation, and process redesign and improvement with United Airlines (Chicago) and Far East Bank & Trust Co.
