Caufield, CPA, JD, MBA, Partner         A founding partner with the firm. Charlie has over forty-five years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. Charlie has a MBA from Northwestern University and a JD from Loyola University Chicago. He taught accounting at the Loyola University Business School for thirty-seven years. Charlie is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of CPA's.  Michael J. Flood, CPA, Partner  Michael joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in the firm in 1992. Michael is a graduate of Loyola University, receiving his BS in Accountancy in 1983. Michael also is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. Roberta A. Wajrowski, CPA         Roberta joined the firm in January, 1999. She graduated from DePaul University with a BS in Accountancy. She previously worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Chicago, Kraft Foods in Glenview & MorganProducts in Lincolnshire   Bruce Anderson, CPA Bruce joined the firm in October, 1999. He has an MBA from Northwestern University.  He worked for Arthur Andersen & Co. as an auditor.  He has worked in industry as a controller and the CFO of several large privately held businesses.        Eve McKee, CPA  Eve joined the firm in August, 2006.  After graduating from Woodstock High School, Eve went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Columbia College in Crystal Lake. She also has an Associate Degree in Science from McHenry County College. Eve successfully completed the CPA exam in May, 2006.      Michelle DellaMaria, CPA Michelle joined the firm in January, 2007.  She is a resident of Crystal Lake who received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Her prior professional experience includes auditing, accounting & finance positions with Coopers & Lybrand (Chicago), Kraft General Foods (Glenview) and Motivation Excellence Inc. (Inverness).      Judy Lynn, CPA Judy earned her accounting degree from Illinois State University.  She previously worked in the audit practice of Laventhol & Horwath in Chicago, was a contract accountant to the Service League of Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge and has experience working in the area of personal income tax preparation.      Ryan VanderKoy Ryan joined the firm in July, 2007.  After graduating from Marengo Community High School, Ryan went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from DeVry University.  Ryan is in the process of taking the CPA exam.    Brian Lucca, CPA Brian joined the firm in December of 2007. After graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science, a degree in Accountancy, and a minor in Psychology he went on to attain his CPA in 2005. Brian previously worked for a public accounting firm performing audit, review, compilations, tax, and bookkeeping services.     Maureen Arigi, Office Manager  Maureen has joined Caufield & Flood as the New Office Manager as of August 2007. Maureen and her family have recently relocated to Lakewood from Phoenix, Arizona. She has more than 12 years experience, before moving Maureen worked 4 years as a Business Administrator for a Real Estate firm in Arizona.   Jared Wasserman
